PANCAKES
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- 2 TBSP melted Butter
- 3/4 cup Eggnog
Combine all the dry ingredients together and mix. Beat the egg together with the eggnog and melted butter. Combine with dry ingredients and mix. Cook on a hot griddle and enjoy!
Butter Rum Sauce
- 6 TBSP Butter ( 3/4 stick)
- 1 cup ( packed ) golden brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cream
- 2 TBSP Corn syrup
- 2 TBSP Dark Rum
Melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar, cream, corn syrup and stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in dark rum, cool slighly before serving!
