- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup buttermilk powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-3 Tbsp sugar ( optional )
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup water or milk
Combine all dry ingredients together. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse corn meal. Add water and blend lightly until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Turn onto lightly floured board and roll ot 3/4 inch thick. Cut biscuits and place on a lightly greased pan and brush with butter. Bake at 475 12-15 min
